By downloading or using the Seenspot app, this privacy policy will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to iWanderlust LLC.

iWanderlust LLC is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The iWanderlust app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We, therefore, recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and it could mean that the iWanderlust app won’t work properly or at all.

What information do we collect? For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. How do we use your information? We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. We use personal information collected via our Website and App for a variety of business purposes described below. We use the information we collect or receive: To send you marketing and promotional communications. We and/or our third-party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time

Log Data We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Objectionable Content Policy iWanderlust maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content. Objectionable content may not be uploaded or displayed to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent, and/or unlawful content or profanity; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker. Any user can flag content they deem objectionable for review. Content will be moderated by iWanderlust to ensure the timely removal of any and all objectionable content. User accounts that have been confirmed responsible for posting objectionable content will be restricted from access to the iWanderlust app. Objectionable content will be reviewed within 24 hours and removed, as will the user from the platform.

Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian, and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

In-app purchase policy. In-app purchases are designed for users to reward and/or support travel creators for the content they create. In-app purchases are not to be used to purchase and then redeem back to themselves. As such, each redemption request will be reviewed for compliance with these terms. Should the requestor not abide by these terms, then the redemption request will be denied.

Account Deletion You may delete your account and all personal information by simply opening the Seenspot app, going to the settings page in your profile screen, and selecting “Delete Account”. These steps will effectively delete your entire account, personal information, and anything associated with it from our servers immediately. Alternatively, you may reach out to us at [email protected] to request your account deletion and removal of all personal information, and we will respond within 48 hours. Alternatively, in our app, you have the ability to delete your account completely from our servers by going to settings, manage account, and delete account.
